Your opportunity
As part of WW Kering Corporate Legal Team, you will be working in the fields of Company Law and Corporate Governance, ensuring the alignment between the Group strategy and the requirements provided by Law/Company procedures & regulations.
You will be acting as a key point of reference in connection with all legal activities related to Corporate affairs, as well as providing legal advice and support to other functions with respect to corporate matters for the Kering Group and its Houses.
How you will contribute
Draft and review different kind of documents in English (e.g. convocations, minutes, proxies) for Kering Group companies, dealing with the other Group/Houses Legal Teams and external consultants
Supervise and support corporate legal activities of the Group at worldwide level and Group internal guidelines & procedures
Provide legal assistance and counseling on ordinary and extraordinary Corporate activities
Ensure the compliance of the companies documents with Corporate Law and Companies Bylaws and deal with issues related to the Board of Directors and Shareholders’ Meetings, including the management of annual accounts approval and the process for granting/amending/revoking powers and delegations of powers
Support in preparing answers to legal questions and in legal research in connection with corporate matters, providing guidance on legal risks, contributing to the development of companies’ best practices and enhancing a consistent approach to corporate matters across the Group
Collect signatures at HQ level and prepare and review cover letters for corporate documents as well as other internal documents
Manage archiving activities, database updates and assist in other operative ancillary activities
Be aware of the Company strategies and priorities, identify proactive solutions and evaluate alternatives and liaise with internal and external Stakeholders
About you
You have Italian Degree in Law; additional French degree in Law will be considered a significant plus
You have proven legal counselling experience gained both in International Law Firms and in well-structured in-house Legal departments of international Groups
You have high ethical standards, integrity and discretion
You are accurate and detail oriented
You have strategic vision and you are able to exercise good judgment, recognizing when to ask for help or escalate issues
You have proven ability to perform delivering and sharing results respecting challenging deadlines
You are able to work autonomously while remaining a strong and supportive team member
You are proactive flexible and able to adapt to a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
You have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
You have excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken; good knowledge of French will be considered a plus
