ABOUT SAINT LAURENT Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter in a 1966 collection called ‘Rive Gauche’, synonymous with youth and freedom. This shift represented a first critical step in the modernization of fashion and revolutionized the socio- cultural landscape. In 1999, the luxury goods division of the Kering Group acquired Yves Saint Laurent and, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, continues to position the house at the summit of the luxury universe. Today, Saint Laurent collections include women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties and eyewear.


You will join the Soft Accessories Production Planning & Controlling department, which plays a vital role in manufacturing organizations by planning, coordinating and checking all the activities in the manufacturing or production cycle. This exciting role will allow you to achieve the seasonal production targets managing the whole production process, from the very beginning until the delivery of the finished product to the warehouse


  • Product and Supplier Data Management
  • Collaborate with the Costing and Pricing Department to ensure that information on industrial cost is properly managed
  • Take part actively in the activities related to show room and sales campaigns
  • Participate in the customer orders’ analysis in collaboration with the merchandising team
  • Compile the production launch
  • Process purchases orders
  • Draw up the production progress along with suppliers (via shared web application) for normal and special orders
  • Collaborate with the Quality Department to ensure quality standards are maintained in the production phase
  • Collaborate with the Technical Department to manage packaging orders and labelling issues
  • Manage all logistical issues in collaboration with the suppliers until the finished product re-enters the warehouse
  • Pick up production surpluses
  • Manage reorders in collaboration with the Merchandising and Customer Service teams
  • Collaborate in the management of merchandise assignments to the customers


  • At least 5 years experience in the luxury goods production process
  • Experience in managing relationships with suppliers
  • Technical product knowledge in the textile sector
  • Good knowledge of the international commerce rules and regulations
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and AS400
  • Proficiency in French and good knowledge of English
  • Strong analytical skills
