Job title :Communication Strategic Project ManagerJob description :The Communication Strategic Project Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting and optimizing the operational and strategic activities of Boucheron’s global Communications function.This dynamic role involves orchestrating projects, managing key initiatives, and ensuring alignment between central and regional Communications teams across EMEA, Americas, Asia Pacific, and Japan.With a focus on project management and cross-functional collaboration, the Chief of Staff acts as a trusted advisor to the Chief Communication Officer and contributes to the seamless execution of the Maison’s communication strategies.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :Strategic Support and Governance<ul><li>Facilitate the planning and execution of the Chief Communication Officer’s priorities, ensuring alignment with the Maison’s overall objectives.</li><li>Organize and lead weekly and monthly meetings with the Communications leadership team, ensuring follow-up on key action points.</li><li>Oversee governance across Communications functions, including Media (Broadcast), Image and Events, and Press and Influence.</li><li>Develop tools and frameworks for performance tracking, ensuring the Communication function’s initiatives are on track and aligned with business goals.</li></ul>Project Management and Coordination<ul><li>Drive transversal projects across Media, Image and Events, and Press and Influence, ensuring seamless coordination between teams.</li><li>Act as a central point of contact for regional Marketing &amp; Communication teams, aligning global strategies with local market needs.</li><li>Manage cross-functional initiatives, such as product launches, global events, and media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and excellence in execution.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the CEO Office, Commercial teams, and regional leaders, to support integrated communication efforts.</li></ul>Operational Excellence and Reporting<ul><li>Streamline workflows and optimize processes across the Communication department.</li><li>Prepare presentations, reports, and briefs for the Chief Communication Officer for internal and external meetings.</li><li>Ensure robust tracking of KPIs and analytics for key communication campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Support the budgeting process, tracking expenses across projects and ensuring adherence to allocated resources.</li></ul>Representation and Communication<ul><li>Represent the Chief Communication Officer in internal meetings, fostering alignment and collaboration across departments.</li><li>Serve as a liaison between regional and central teams, facilitating communication and knowledge-sharing.</li><li>Assist in external partnerships and collaborations, including media partners, event agencies, and influencers.</li></ul>Execute Special Missions<ul><li>Lead ad-hoc strategic projects in line with the Chief Communication Officer’s priorities, such as manufacturing integration, logistics reorganization, and cultural initiatives.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS :Education: BA degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communication, or related field.Experience: 5&#43; years in a project management role, ideally within the luxury industry.Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects, especially in governance, strategic planning, and innovation.Languages: Fluent in French and English; additional languages are advantageous.KEY COMPETENCIES :Innovation-Driven: Experience in driving innovation projects from operational to strategic execution.Strategic Execution: Ability to lead with a strong performance focus and strategic oversight, especially for complex projects.Analytical and Systemic Thinking: Skilled in managing KPIs and business metrics, translating insights into actionable initiatives.We believe in diversity in all its forms. The Sustainability Projects Coordinator assists the Senior Sustainability Manager in driving the Company’s Sustainability strategy, aligned with the vision of the Kering Group and the ambitions of the Executive Committee. This internship position is pivotal in supporting the business transformation to achieve and surpass the Company’s ambitious Sustainability goals.Your missions:•            Contribute to the implementation of the Maison&#39;s Sustainability strategy in alignment with business priorities, working closely with operational teams across the organization.•            Support the measurement of the Company’s Sustainability performance, data collection, and environmental reporting.•            Monitor and synthesize industry trends, regulatory developments, and stakeholder requirements in Sustainability. Develop strategic reports and recommendations on specific Sustainability topics to support decision-making and translate them into actionable plans.•            Assist in the development of communication plans and materials for both internal and external use.Your profile:•            You are a Master student (Economics, Engineering, Law, Environmental Science, Sustainability, etc.) or equivalent looking for a 6-month internship and a strong affinity with Sustainability / Corporate Social Responsibility.•            High interest and understanding of Sustainability especially in Boucheron focus area (ex. Responsible mining, circular economy, climate strategy, carbon footprint, etc.).•            At least 6 months of relevant experience.
