We are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager or Finance Specialist with excellent administrative and analytical financial skills to join our team. The title will be determined by the candidate’s skills, background and managerial experience.
This position is expected to examine and compile financial reports and be well acquainted with Finance Planning and Analysis (FP&A). To ensure success, this position should be very detail-oriented and be problem-solvers to communicate with stores, office team, the headquarters in the UK and Kering Japan Shared Services Finance team. S/he must also have strong mathematical and report writing skills. Be wary of candidates who lack an investigative nature.

・請求書のとりまとめ及び会計担当者への連絡
・各種レポート(売上・在庫・費用など)の作成と配信
・請求書やコンカー（経費精算システム）等のフローの改善
・現金管理表などの内部書類等の見直し
・リモートデフセール運営、棚卸書類作成などプロセス管理業務
・その他Finance業務全般（実績管理および分析）
■資格要件
・Excel多用のため中上級が望ましい（VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF関数を使って計算をできる方）
・同職種の経験2年以上で事務処理や雑務を正確に効率的にこなせる方
・部内、社内ならびに社外の方が気持ちよく仕事を進められるように配慮できるコミュニケーション力
・PCリテラシー全般（Excel他, Word, Powerpoint、Outlookなど基本操作）
・ビジネス英語（メール・電話・会議・トレーニング可能なレベル、TOEIC750点以上目安）
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing financial reports, and forecasts for the business (sales, inventory, expenses, etc.) to ensure financial stability.
- Collecting and tracking invoices in closely working with the accountant and Kering Japan Shared Services Finance team.
- Improvement of financial processes including Concur system (expense system)
- Review internal documents such as stock movements, cash management...etc
- Compiling financial reports and supervising month-end processes.
- Managing and monitoring metrics, KPI tracking, and reports for the financial department.
- Providing training to staff members regarding financial processes such as stock-take
- Process management for defective product sale for the employees and creation of inventory documents in collaborating with Retail Merchandising and General Affairs.
- Other all Finance & Accounting (plus back office) related activities.
Required Competencies and Experiences:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in a financial position. Finance or accounting experience in luxury brands or retail industry is preferred.
- A good understanding of financial management obligation and requirements.
- Excellent report-writing and communication skills. Language skill: Japanese Native level, English Business level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Excel: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF function, etc
- The ability to work and learn independently.
- Be an analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
- Presentation / Communication skills to explain the financials to others.
- Outstanding attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure / complexity and meet tight deadlines.
