This role will contribute to the development of marketing & communications plan for Hong Kong, Macau and Southeast Asia. The position is based in Hong Kong, and reports to the Marketing and Communications Manager of Hong Kong, Macau and Southeast Asia.
How you will contribute
PR & Media:
Monitor media coverage including print and digital platforms, arrange the distribution of clippings to APAC regional office and local markets
Support to manage PR and media agencies for local campaign execution
Manage and proofread the production of marketing materials, coordination between creative agency and media agency
Collaborate with landlords and business partners on marketing opportunities
Support in VIC gifting and maintain good relationship with press
Monitor the performance and execution with social agency.
Maintain the relationship with influencers and agency
Look after the shooting and content execution related to influencers, social and digital media
Event:
Participate in the planning and development of all marketing & communications activities Image & PR events - press preview, high jewelry launch events & trunk show, pop-up, boutique opening and etc.
Marketing events - VIC dinners, VIC trips, boutique seasonal animation, mall anniversary, and etc.
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties for event planning and implementation
Identify appropriate vendors, negotiate service contracts, and supervise their work
Admin:
Assist in the daily operation of marketing & communications activities in HK, Macau and SEA
Translation of all communication material (including press material, offline/online/social advertising material, CRM material)
Review invoices, cost and inventory control
Support monthly communication report
Coordinate with different teams and executing business projects
Perform ad hoc duties to support the Marketing & Communications Team as assigned
Who you are
Bachelor degree with major in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related disciplines
2 years’ experience in luxury industry, preferably in marketing or public relations
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Creative, proactive, detail-minded
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organization and time management skills
Proficient in social media and Microsoft Office
