How you will contribute
- Upkeep of finance filing systems, from documents collection to storage (applies to both physical & digital).
- Assist with general administration of treasury and corporate secretariat duties.
- Administer corporate credit card programs.
- Support finance process improvement projects from time to time.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
Who you are
Experience, business and technical skills:
- 3 to 4 years of general administration experience.
- Prior experience working in Shared Services environment is advantageous.
- Knowledge of SAP and Excel/Words is a must.
- Strong command of English.
