Your opportunity
Report directly to the Human Resources Manager, the key function for this role is to provide all-round HR support to corporate office as well as various brands in Hong Kong and Macau.
How you will contribute
To provide full spectrum of HR functions in the Human Resources Shared Service Centre (HRSSC), include but not limited to recruitment, on/off boarding, staff relations, staff engagement activities, HR filing and reporting
Maintain personal file, input & update personnel information
Maintain employee record in HR system (Workday)
Provide support on learning and development activities, such as coordinate training logistics
Assist to organize company functions such as annual dinner or staff activities
Assist to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Support internal or external audit
To guide managers and employees on managing team performance, e.g. probation and performance issues
To support ad-hoc assignments
Who you are
Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources Management or equivalent
Minimum 2-3 years as HR Business Partner / HR generalist experience within a fast paced, matrix organization e.g. multi-brands, business units, divisions).
Keen to learn, self initiative with positive mind-set
Detail-mined with strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and communication skills
Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations
Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, including Mandarin
Good at MS Office especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Experience in using Workday will definitely an advantage
