ROLE
This position is based in the Hong Kong Saint Laurent office, directly reporting to WW Digital Client Development Director leveraging data analysis, technics, and format to contribute to data-driven decisions for the worldwide Client Department.
MISSION
- Formulate and develop a global data management framework, define digital analytics tracking requirements, and establish data quality standard
- Develop analytics science model and identify growth opportunities in data to enhance the businesses
- Define client strategy by analyzing client data to understand client lifecycle and purchase patterns
- Perform business ad-hoc analysis & insights, develop best practices upon functional operation requests
- Extract, analyze and interpret client data and market dynamics, translate the findings into actionable recommendations
- Identify performance factors and customer behavior insights to propose recommendations in terms of relational marketing actions
- Manage and execute omnichannel ad hoc analysis projects (e.g. cost-to-serve analysis) using basic (e.g. data visualization) and advanced methods
- Develop full knowledge on data (collection and quality)
- Lead core insights to suggest and drive fundamental improvements by collaborating with internal departments
- Contribute actively to a data analysts’ community
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business, preferably in Data Science, Qualitative Analysis, Statistics or related disciplines
- Knowledge in the luxury market and retail sector, background in consulting is a plus
- 3 to 5 years Data Scientist expert profile with advanced technical skills (Python, R, SQL, PySpark), Data visualization (Shiny, Dash, Tableau, Power BI, QlickSense) and DevOps methodology (Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Google Cloud Platform including BigQuery, Vertex AI, Storage)
- Strong data marketing and customer relationship expertise: Scoring, segmentation, geomarketing, digital journey, sales and customer performance
- Ability in strategic support for Marketing and Customer Relations management teams
- Ability in management & supervision: project management and supervision of Data teams
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills and numerical sense
- Excellent written and spoken language skills in English and ability to work in multi-cultural & multi-lingual environment
