Alexander McQueen is looking for an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Dallas.
How you will contribute
BRAND AMBASSADOR
- Build a network of people who have an impact on local and international luxury Business in order to promote client loyalty, especially with Top Clients and VICs using LUCE
- Represent & Promote the culture of the House internally and externally
- Ensure store atmosphere upholds the House image
TEAM DEVELOPER
- Attract, develop and retain talents
- Create and maintain a positive work environment
BUSINESS LEADER
- Assist the Store Director in overseeing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, display, client service, and operational function within the store
- Support the Store Director and lead the Department Managers in achieving targeted quantitative and qualitative goals
PROCESS LEADER
- Ensure that all the processes are in compliance with legal, safety, internal
- Ensure that the image of the Store is in line with corporate standards and that the Staff is aware of this standard
- Ensure VM of the store is done according to VM guidelines and includes all best-sellers per category
Your Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in the sale of luxury goods or retail
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position
- Successful managerial experience of a team (the ability to set goals, delegate work and follow up results)
- High sensitivity to clients experience and loyalty
- Precision, organizational skills,
- Adaptability, openness, listening abilities, curiosity
- Product and Fashion sensitivity
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel)
