HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Work with Project Managers to gather preliminary project information such as landlord details, square footage, etc.
- Manage proposal approvals and initiating orders, following orders through to delivery
- Ensure the maintenance, accuracy, and archiving of documentation by project including contracts, leases, budgets, schedules
- Maintain store specifications file and partner with facilities and operations as needed to ensure alignment with Balenciaga guidelines in existing locations
- Submitting documentation and collecting the reimbursement allowance from landlords
- Invoice processing and ensuring data is properly entered for tracking purposes
- Proactive follow up with AP on outstanding vendor payments
- Work with respective Project Managers to manage project budgets and generate monthly reports for Finance
- Partnering with Store Planning Department and Finance on project closeout and reconciliation
- Create presentations for internal and executive meetings
- Provide departmental reports
- Work with Finance regarding set up of new vendors for project invoicing coding set up and follow up to correct any incorrect coding during projects
- Communicate invoice protocol and coding with new and existing vendors
- Manage department office supplies - ordering and general account
- Liaise with IT for details needed for store announcements.
- Set up new vendors and manage existing vendor correspondence via Asana Project Management software
- Help with new vendor and material sourcing; organize and expand materials library
- Manage department travel calendar & schedule internal/external meetings, as needed
- Collect drawings and keep records of the evolution of the store opening
WHO YOU ARE
- Preferably, 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to prioritize task execution based on business needs
- Rigor, sense of organization and multi-tasking management
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain a positive work environment while respecting brand values and behaviors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced in Microsoft Office; particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Light and Adobe Suite
COMPENSATION
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, BALENCIAGA includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. In addition, where a candidate falls within the disclosed range estimate may be dependent on the applicable geographic differential associated with the location in which the position may be filled.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $68,000 USD to $78,000 USD.
