How you will contribute

  • Coordinate, manage and lead the organization and execution of all sales events occurring in the North America Region, in strict collaboration with the relevant functions involved and with HQ
  • Manage all aspects related to the organization of the events: briefing of the event, scouting of the venue, collection of quotations, interaction with suppliers, contracts’ negotiations, set-up of the venue, on-site execution,..
  • Ensure events are delivered on time and within budget by setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
  • Manage the supplier network, scouting for new contacts when necessary, negotiating and managing quotes for services and monitoring their execution according to agreed standards;
  • Manage the events budget, with constant monitoring of expenses and periodic updates to share with your manager;
  • Prepare follow-up report for each event held, to be shared with involved and interested functions.
  • Showrooms:
  • Supervise the Showroom Coordinator in the effective and efficient management of the NYC Showroom, ensuring maximum preparation for customer reception by the Sales teams;
  • Supervise the arrangement of product samples in Showrooms, ensuring their constant care and maintenance;
  • Ensure synergy with the rest of Kering Eyewear Showrooms worldwide, overseeing the sharing and proper implementation of lineguides developed by the Showroom Coordinator.
  • Representative of the Kering brand at all times demonstrating professionalism. Be hands on and willing to assist in other areas of the business

Who you are

  • At least 5 yrs of experience in organizing large-scale events
  • Experience in luxury industry
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook (Excel, Power Point, Word; Email)
  • Highly organized with deep attention to details and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Customer oriented
  • Willingness to travel across US and Canada
  • Extremely organized and Multitasking
  • Able to work autonomously; self-starter with the ability to organize and manage own workload
  • Resourceful, focused on problem-solving and achieving results
  • Passionate and enthusiastic with a spirit of curiosity and innovation
  • Team player, with an ability and willingness to support in other areas of the business as needed
