BRIONI Store Manager

We are currently seeking a Store Manager who will report to the Greater China Retail Director as part of our dynamic team in Hong Kong.

Your opportunity

This person will drive sales for the store by implementing concrete actions according to the company guidelines and strategy; being the Brand Ambassador to inspire and develop the team to successfully reach quantitative and qualitative target.

How you will contribute

• Translate the yearly target assigning and monitoring weekly and daily individual objectives
• Be responsible of the brand and product knowledge of the team, ensuring the efficacy of the induction program to new staff and provide constant in-store training sessions to the team
• Build a loyal clientele through engaging and retaining activities and leveraging all related tools (e.g. client book, daily metrics)
• Constantly monitors staff behavior and KPIs' achievement
• Coach and provide specific development plan for each team member through monthly touch base
• Plan and schedule the team and staff resources, according to the coverage of the floor
• Implement actions according to specific business opportunities (events, dedicated training sessions, sales targets, staff rotation)
• Manage the stock in the most effective way and constantly keeping focus on sales
• Manage operational activities (couriers, alterations, store cleanings, postage etc) and optimizing cost and resources at the same time

Who you are

• Strong experience in luxury menswear, with solid knowledge of tailoring, Made-to-Measure (MTM), and Bespoke services.
• Diploma holder or above with at least 5 years in managerial position in luxury boutiques
• Knowledge of high-end fashion field and current fashion trends
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Flexible, strong networking and customer-oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered Assistant Store Manager
