BOUCHERON- Marketing & Communication Manager Middle East

We are looking for a Marketing/Communication Manager for Middle-East to join our team in Dubai.

Missions

- Regional marketing and communication strategy (define in accordance with EMEA strategy and implement)

- Regional and Coop marketing Operations

- GCC Media Plan building and follow up

- Events organization

- Support to the Brand Director for sales related matters

. Trade Marketing

· Regional marketing and communication strategy (define in accordance with EMEA strategy and implement)   

. Develop, negotiate, coordinate and execute 360 trade marketing plans with franchisee partners through target actions

·       Develop a yearly calendar of events for the GCC networks

·       Acts a linking pin between the Commercial, Communication teams & the wholesale partners and ensures transparent & smooth communication flow between all departments

·       Define and organize local & in-store events following the communication & commercial strategy & guidelines

·       To brief and follow up the HQ department on Visual Merchandising, CRM and Training needs

  • Communication

Media

·       Responsible for the media activities of the brand in the region: Media planning & Budgeting

  • Regional Media Plan
  • Coop Media Plan

·       Develop a Media Strategy adapted to the market and in line with the Brand’s guidelines

·       Brief and manage the Media and Production agencies on the media plan and liaise with HQ to make sure Brand’s Communication guidelines are respected

·       Manage Coop advertising with key partners

RP/PR

·       In alignment with the global PR and communication strategy, to support the HQ and the local agency on the implantation and follow up of events, and guidelines.

·       Coordination of Paris High Jewellery & Novelties Presentation weeks for maximal impact on Image and sales

·       Manage the relation with local influencers and ensure product placements to increase awareness and desirability of the brand in the region

Profile:

Master degree in Marketing or Communication

Required experience: 5+ years in communication, fashion or luxury industry is a plus.

Leadership, fashion forward, strong communication skills.

Experience of working in a fast moving environment

Language: English, French, Arabic
