ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and executive CRM events based on HQ guideline in order to drive traffic and sales
  • Manage communication channels to target various clients segments and prepare dedicated content for communication materials  
  • Work closely across internal teams to roll out CRM campaign and support to internal and external coordination
  • Responsible for monthly CRM KPI reports, competitor’s analysis report, campaign effectiveness reports and other ad hoc simple data analysis
  • Co-ordinate with landlords to liaise on various promotions and activities
  • Support on the training of various CRM cilenteling tools and systems enhancement
  • Assist in the sourcing and development of client gifts and CRM collaterals
  • Admin duties includes handling invoices, delivery handling, logistic arrangement, etc
  • Other Ad hoc CRM projects

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 34-years experience in CRM in both event management & data analytics
  • Passion for loyalty and customer management, prefer good experience with CRM tools
  • Creative, logical mind set, detail-oriented & good communication skill
  • High Proficiency in MS Office such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Fluent written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin & English
