We are currently looking for a CS Assistant, reporting to the CS Managerto join our dynamic team in Korea.

How you will contribute:

  • Management of after sales items in line with brand policy.

  • Respond customer inquiries (email/phone) in a timely and professional manner providing knowledge and accurate information to store

  • Handle customer complaints, managing exchange/refunds and other special cases.

  • Working with other teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support.

  • Management of credit note for defect or not repairable items

  • Ordering and organizing for spare parts to local repair.

Who you are:

  • At least a year of experience in customer service

  • High level of honesty and integrity

  • Capacity of collaboratively with abroad

  • Understanding wider range of luxury industry and customer behavior

  • Understanding of import/export basic process

  • Knowledge for leathers, repair method

  • Excellent communication skills

  • A calm and analytical approach to problem solving

  • Flexibility to cope with emergency situations
