    We are currently seeking a Financial Controller who will directly report to the General Manager of Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.  At the same time, the jobholder will functionally report to the Regional Chief Financial Officer – Greater China.

    Your mission

    Leading the finance function for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan with senior stakeholders exposure. You will be working closely to business partner with stakeholders on both commercial and financial strategy. Responsible for the monthly management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, regulatory requirements, driving capex and financial analysis to steer the management team.

    How you will contribute

    • Facilitate and drive mid to long term planning regarding the company performance and business development
    • Drive efficiency measures and initiate proactive measures to improve profitability
    • Lead the budget and forecast process
    • Produce the monthly management accounts with internal and external insights
    • Business partnering with various stakeholders within a matrix organization at local, regional and HQ levels
    • Work closely with Business Development and retail on business development, capex analysis and leasing negotiations
    • Work closely with Retail and Marketing teams on brand initiatives, KPIs measurement, monthly target setting and profitability
    • Work closely with Opex Budget owners on costs savings via Indirect Procurement
    • Work closely with Kering Shared Service Centers (financial and non-financial functions) and elevate their service level
    • Drive process improvements and facilitate a robust internal controls environment across all departments
    • Regulatory reporting for external audit and tax filing
    • Systems implementation

    Who you are

    • An agile leader and assert influence to steer the business and finance teams
    • Challenge the status quo, open minded and proactive
    • Certified accountant with at least 15 years of Finance and Accounting experience whereas at least 8 years of experience in a senior capacity at sizable organizations preferably in Retail, FMCG or Fashion industry
    • Excellent communication skills and manage expectations 360
    • Work under pressure in a fast-paced dynamic environment
