    We are currently seeking for a Senior Demand Planner who will report to Planning Manager as part of our dynamic team.

    Your opportunity

    You will be highly involved in Kering Eyewear South & South East Asia domestic market business strategy. You will be responsible for converting and bridging the business strategy into demand and purchasing language to enable the success of the business. You will have the holistic view of all wholesale distribution channels including Chains, independent 3O’s, distributors department stores, etc. You will be a member of Kering Group and you will be working with a group with great talents and variety.

    How you will contribute

    • Drive demand planning processes and execution of South & South East Asia domestic markets.
    • Hand in hand cooperation with local Sales department to review historical sales trends of both sell in and sell out, at multiple level of aggregation. Communicate closely with Business / Marketing Team to understand & identify market trends, demand variances, potential business risks & opportunities
    • Lead monthly S&OP meeting with markets to review yearly progress vs budget, align with markets the update forecast, Fill% performance and back order recovery picture and plan. Make sure all future business opportunities and risks are captured and featured in the rolling forecast. Timely update and validate the most relevant forecast in JDA planning system.
    • Ensure information flow regularity, accuracy and update between customers and the company, provide local forecast and relevant information data to APAC planning, share main drivers and rational behind the results.
    • Conduct monthly sales planning forecast by cooperating with finance, customer service, logistic, and sales team to understand the customer sales order portfolio, availability, credit situation in order to project an accurate sales invoice every month.
    • Focus on special country projects, such as APAC Capsule, exclusivity, avant-premiere, customized trade marketing events with local customers etc.
    • Guide customer service team at uploading of sales orders, checking the availability etc. Work closely with CS and logistics team to ensure the smooth flow of general operation.
    • Support APAC planning and HQ planning on team reports, projects and other activities.
    • Ability to work with large data sets, analyzing problems from various aspects
    • Regular reports generation and analysis
    • Regular SAP information maintenance.
    • Achieve key demand planning KPIs: Fill%, Forecast Accuracy, Stock target etc.

    Who you are:

    • A bachelor’s degree is required.
    • 4-8 years of experience in wholesale, retail, or demand planning.
    • Proficiency in Excel, knowledge of SAP, Power BI/Query, or VBA is preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese are required. Knowledge of Italian is a plus.
    • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are important.
    • Must have the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
    • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Planning Manager, less experience will be considered as demand planner.
    • Strong forecasting logic, e.g., forecast accuracy in MAPE & BIAS, product seasonality & lifecycle; previous background in wholesale industry would be a plus
    • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Demand Planner
