Your opportunity

The Kering Asia Pacific legal department provides legal support to all Kering brands and business units operating in the region.  This position is responsible to support and assist the legal department in secretarial and administrative matters.

How you will contribute

  • To maintain database and filing system

  • To assist in simple legal matters such as preparing board resolutions

  • To handle incoming invoices

  • To handle team members’ expense claims

  • To assist in general clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing

  • To perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in similar position with solid working experience in sizeable MNCs

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

  • Able to handle multi-task effectively, strong organizational skills, figure sensitive with detail mind set

  • Mature, proactive, pleasant and presentable, with excellent communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
