ABOUT SAINT LAURENT Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter in a 1966 collection called ‘Rive Gauche’, synonymous with youth and freedom. This shift represented a first critical step in the modernization of fashion and revolutionized the socio-cultural landscape. In 1999, the luxury goods division of the Kering Group acquired Yves Saint Laurent and, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, continues to position the house at the summit of the luxury universe. Today, Saint Laurent collections include women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties and eyewear.

ROLE

This position is directly reporting to Human Resources Manager and supporting the compensation and benefit activities across Hong Kong and Macau region.

MISSION

  • Provide professional Compensation & Benefit services and advices including payroll & leave management, annual salary review, staff cost budget, benefits management, compensation proposals, tax reporting, retirement schemes and bonus/incentive schemes
  • Provide quality HR services to office and retail team
  • Work closely with HR Manager to review existing policies and procedures and ensure all HK and Macau practices are complied with labour law and align across the markets
  • Administrate sales commission and work visas
  • Conduct various salary & benefit surveys to keep abreast of market practices and latest trend for management attention
  • Compile monthly HR reports including payroll, HR cost and related statistical reports
  • Manages HRIS, including staff movement, performance management together with any system development and enhancement
  • Work closely with internal and external parties, such as service providers in various C&B operations
  • Other ad hoc HR related projects as assigned

PROFILE

  • Degree holder in Human Resource Management or related disciplines
  • 3 - 5 years’ solid experience in C&B functions in multi-national organization from retail or service industries preferred
  • Well versed in employment ordinance, MPF and taxation legislations
  • Logical, good numeric sense, highly organized and meticulous
  • Mature with positive mind-set as well as strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
