The Construction Project Manager will manage construction projects for Kering and its Maison’s throughout the Americas, focusing primarily on luxury retail and corporate office projects. Reporting to the Director of Construction, this role will be responsible for projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on-time, on-budget, and to the highest standards of quality and design.

BASE SALARY: $110,000-$130,000 per year

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Build project briefs, cost estimates, and schedules early in a project’s development and align all stakeholders on milestone dates and project budgets.
- Maintain accurate project costs and timelines within Kering’s Power B.I. dashboards to ensure accurate real-time communication of project information to stakeholders
- Coordinate efforts of all internal project stakeholders (I.T., Security, Operations, etc.), external consultants (architects, engineers, etc.), general contractors, and other suppliers to ensure key project milestones are achieved
- Lead regular weekly meetings with all project team members to update on progress, align on objectives, and resolve any issues that may arise during design or construction
- Review all technical and design drawing packages to ensure they satisfy the objectives of the project
- Identify risks to schedule and budget and manage accordingly with stakeholders, consultants, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-budget
- Visit construction sites throughout a project’s timeline to verify that the works are proceeding as planned and are compliant with all design standards
- Partner with Kering’s Procurement team to manage tenders for Architects of Record, General Contractors, and Millworkers for all necessary projects to ensure all vendors provide quality, compliance, and value for the Group.
- Contribute to the Group’s sustainability objectives by promoting sustainable construction practices among project teams and ensuring all eligible projects achieve LEED certification
WHO YOU ARE
- 5 years of experience minimum in Retail Store Planning, Architecture, or Construction with exposure to luxury retail projects preferred
- Master's or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or similar discipline
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience managing small to medium sized construction projects while taking full responsibility for compliance with budgets, schedules, and design intent
- Sustainability accreditations such as LEED A.P. or WELL A.P. preferred
- Proficiency in CAD drawing (AutoCAD and 3D tools), Adobe Graphics Programs (Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office tools (Project, Excel, PowerPoint)
