To support its acceleration, Kering is investing in a new role, Manager of Talent, Diversity & Inclusion – Americas. The Kering Americas organization 12 different European luxury houses with 4500 employees located across 5 countries in North & South America. With a heavy focus on project and change management, this new role will work in close partnership with the Global Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), Learning & Development (L&D), Talent and other internal and external stakeholders to support the deployment and localization of inclusive and impactful programs.
We believe an effective D&I strategy must be embedded in all aspects of the talent lifecycle - from acquisition to onboarding, performance management and career development, and ultimately internal mobility, recognition, and rewards. As such, this position is focused on driving adoption of best-in-class talent practices through a D&I lens, playing a strategic and consultative role in implementing global programs to local teams in the region.
Specifically, you will support operationalizing D&I related projects and how it embeds in the areas of employee experience. You have a track record of managing and influencing complex roles and organizations and are excited to thread diversity and inclusion in all areas of the employee journey.
This is a unique opportunity to partner with Kering Global D&I and Talent teams from the ground up. As the team continues to grow, you will have the opportunity to flex your expertise in certain areas while building new opportunities to deepen in other disciplines of talent performance. Reporting to the Director of Talent, Diversity & Inclusion, this position will be remote to start and eventually based in the NY metro area.
How You Will Contribute
Support the creation and implementation, and where necessary, localize existing D&I, L&D, and Talent programs and frameworks for the Kering Group and its Houses
Manage and support the engagement of our Global D&I community through various platforms, inspire storytelling, and launch compelling and consistent communication plans
Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion initiatives across implemented talent and employee engagement strategies
Identify and maintain relationships with external organizations that align with Kering’s D&I goals (university groups, industry groups, vendors, facilitators, recruitment platforms, etc.)
Build and manage strong internal relationships and gain organizational buy-in and adoption in a highly matrixed, global organization to ensure consistency and best practice sharing
Lead by example and positively influence stakeholders, clients and team members
Project manage program roadmaps with key deliverables and milestones, communicate frequent program updates, identify blind spots or risks, recommended adjustments, and ensure commitments are delivered and communicated

Who You Are
We are looking for a self-starting professional who is able to bring structure to empower the imagination of the team.
Passionate about D&I, curious by nature, seek challenges as an opportunity to make change happen, understand the complexities of the topic, either through prior professional experience or personal interest
Outstanding sense of organization and experienced in project management, managing small to large scale projects from design to implementation with various deadlines
Skilled at influencing and culturally adaptive; capable of managing multiple internal and external relationships; be the D&I, Talent, and performance expert
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to translate data, research and trends into strategy and execution
Strong verbal and written communication skills that can adapt based on the internal and external audience; experience in facilitating and presenting (in person and virtual) to all levels of an organization
High degree of integrity and confidentiality with a keen sense of business acumen
Proficiency in MS Microsoft computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
While we do not specify a number of years of experience, it is important to understand that this not an entry level role. We are seeking an individual with a deep passion for diversity & inclusion and proven experience in project management and can bring their expertise and curiosity to support the team.
