Your Opportunity
The Manager of PMO and Transformation champions and advocates continuous process improvement initiatives for Kering Technologies for Americas region. In addition, the position will be the lead implementer in transformation plans and aligning PMO guidelines for the region, aligning with business and headquarters objectives.

How you will contribute
•    Provide necessary project management support to all Project Managers, Demand Managers and Resource Managers
•    Responsible for coaching new project managers on various ways an organization can run projects
•    Helps in creating a common set of principles, practices, and templates for managing various organizational projects
•    Responsible for gathering of relevant project data and produce information to present for review by management
•    Enable capture of project requests and ensure each of those requests have enough relevant information that can aid in the assessment of that project
•    Maintain an updated status of projects that are underway and those that have requests pending review

•    Provide advisory support to teams on portfolio planning and project management, Resource Management using Service Now ITBM
•    Manages and implements the Kering Technologies program(s) vision and delivery of significant cross Group IT transformation work streams including but not limited to expectations management, change management, planning, etc.
•    Ensuring that program plans effectively delivered into solutions, milestone outputs and that program benefits are communicated and realized.
•    Have an oversight on the End to End Strategic Demand view and HQ Kering Technologies business interaction of the request / demand processes
•    Ensure timely program(s) reporting is in place and distributed to key stakeholders/Leads in order to drive and influence informed decision making around program(s) priorities
•    Lead, guide and support multiple work stream leads / consultants through the design and implementation of targeted change strategies including identification of change impacts to people, process, policy, and structure, stakeholder identification and alignment, appropriate communication and feedback loops, success measures, training, organizational readiness, and long-term sustainability

Who you are
•    Bachelor’s degree or higher in business related area
•    5-7 years of progressive global management expertise
•    Deep subject matter sourcing knowledge base in all IT categories - including software, hardware, telecommunications and IT professional services
•    Proven experience in a procurement leadership role building executive relationships and influencing strategy
•    Professional certification e.g., CPSM, CIPS, C.P.M., PMP, or evidence of continued professional growth
