HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Identify and drive improvements across Kering operations, fulfillment center processes, and customer service
- Partner with GUCCI Supply Chain to drive improvements to the Ecom & Retail Channels
- Facilitate operational growth of BALENCIAGA’s Ecom channel
- Collect & transform data to tell a story and justify process changes & capital expenditures
- Work cross functionally with Supply Chain, Transportation, Warehouse Operations, and Customer Service
- Be the subject matter expert for all operational processes and a point of contact for Kering’s brands and operational partners
- Successfully drive the process of developing and implementing program solutions to address business goals for new and existing projects
- Support Operations – You recognize how, when, and where to step in and recommend solutions to Operations and 3PL
- Ability to define project scopes and charters – You understand the blocker and can deliver results in a structured, timely manner while keeping external stakeholders engaged and aligned
WHO YOU ARE
- 2-5 years of experience minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Technology, or related field required
- Background in distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics
- Strong operations background, with focus on continuous improvement and problem solving
- Able to work independently to identify waste and opportunities for improvement, with a focus on customer centricity
- Lean 6 Sigma experience a must
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments & functions, including but not limited to: Finance, Customer Service, Information Technology, Retail Operations, Inventory Control, After Sales
- Interest in data analytics, automation, management information systems
- Able to recognize key metrics within large datasets, and use that data to tell a story and drive improvement
- Experience working with a 3PL
- Experience with WMS, WCS, ERP, and the connection between
- APICS certification a plus
