Join our passionate journey and fulfil your potential and creativity.La tua opportunità:Stiamo ricercando un Addetto/a ai Forni che, riportando al diretto Responsabile di Reparto, entrerà a far parte della nostra Manifattura a Sesto Fiorentino (FI).Sarai parte del team degli addetti ai Forni, lavorando in coppia o in squadra nella gestione delle attività di conduzione e carico/scarico dei prodotti sui carri o sul nastro di cottura.Come Contribuirai:<ul><li>Carico e scarico dei prodotti sui carri o sul nastro di cottura seguendo le specifiche indicazioni di posizionamento del prodotto;</li><li>Controllo qualità del prodotto in entrata e in uscita dalla cottura;</li><li>Utilizzo di transpallet per il trasporto delle unità di movimentazione contenenti il prodotto all’interno della area di lavoro.</li></ul> Chi sei:<ul><li>Hai maturato esperienza nel lavoro su turni;</li><li>Sei disponibile a lavorare su 3 turni (compreso il turno notturno);</li><li>Possiedi una spiccata predisposizione a lavorare in squadra;</li><li>Sei puntuale e responsabile.</li></ul>

Involved in the production process of the collection. Ensures the manufacture of products, parts, components and assembly, keep within deadline and meet quality and cost standards. Can work as part of the project management coordination or in the workshops and ateliers.

Join our passionate journey and fulfil your potential and creativity.Your MissionYou will be proactive part of our US Team and you will be responsible to take care of client service experience, create engaged customers and initiate sales organic growth. You will have the opportunity to coordinate activities with the aim of ensuring excellent service standards and a high level of customer satisfaction.How you will contribute:<ul><li>Keep constant contact with agents and HQ Sales Team to achieve the sales goal offering excellent service standards and a high level of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Collaborate with the Commercial Direction and Sales Team to define the requirements of commercial contracts for the US market</li><li>Provide market insight to build the strategy</li><li>Initiate sales prospecting potential customers and looking for business opportunities</li><li>Take full ownership of customers’ orders and follow up: from proposals to delivery</li><li>Work closely with Planning and Logistics to track and monitor the orders advancement</li><li>Prepare and provide all the documents required (packing list, etc..) working close with the Kering Administration Team, Logistic &amp;Out-Bound Team</li><li>Work with Kering Risk Manager to define the method payment in line with Kering Security Procedures</li><li>Organize the customer service so that requests for assistance or any customer issues are resolved professionally, precisely and in time</li><li>Define specific guidelines for the effective management of requests and complaints. Gathers pre- and post-production cycle jobs in fields such as resource planning, order management, logistics and distribution, warehousing and aftersales repair services.

Job Family Description -After Sales and Customer Service:
Responds promptly to customer inquiries, with in-depth knowledge of products, services and processes. Communicates with customers through various channels. Keeps records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints in order to improve customer service efficiency and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

La tua opportunitàStiamo cercando una risorsa da inserire in un percorso formativo di “stage” caratterizzato da attività di supporto nella gestione della piattaforma di e-learning e nella progettazione e l’erogazione di moduli e contenuti formativi mirati e personalizzabili per ogni canale di vendita.La risorsa in stage risponderà al WW Training Coordinator.
