You will have the opportunity to oversee and drive the Back-Office Department business goals in line with corporate policies and procedures ensuring a smooth run of the store. To support the adequate integration and optimization between back-office and front office. To provide process improvement initiatives that are necessary to improve the operational efficiency of the business. A key role to play to support Store Managers and Client Advisors to ensure they have time to be on the shop floor.
Key Accountabilities
- Support with good performance of the Back-Office team by supervising the Stock Assistant
- Ensure receipt, quantities, tagging, deliveries of products, articles, and supplies in a timely manner is done by the Stock Assistant
- Control and supervise transfers and all other operations in a timely manner
- Ensure orders and stock levels of stationary, drinks and packaging orders and stock levels
- Plan and undertake inventory operations, and be a stakeholder in monitoring loss-prevention
- Be the point of contact with the corporate teams such as Facilities, VM, etc for all the related issues (refurbishments, set up for special events etc.)
- Provide weekly update and analysis on business performance
- Implement retail projects to maintain a high level of operational and executional efficiency
- Manage phone sales and keep record of out of city clients
- Welcome and Dispatch and Queue management to be implemented under the supervision of the Floor Manager/Store Manager
- Plan Delivery Schedule of the day/week
- Coordinate and work with various departments to maintain a high efficiency at store level
- Handle and follow up on boutiques enquiry and feedback
- Handle administrative tasks, such as consolidating packaging order, uniform order with boutiques and order follow up
- Support Retail Operations team in ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Relevant experience – experience in luxury retail preferred
- Experience with the operations of POS system
- Excellent customer service
- Good administrative skills
- Competent in using Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills essential
