IT Project

  • Act as key role in the Microsoft F&O (formerly AX) implementation project, reporting to Qeelin global project manager
  • Design and implementation of software interfaces
  • Management of the connection of existing stores on the new system
  • Design and implementation of additional reports and queries
  • Data cleansing and data migration (design, implement, run)
  • User support during user acceptance test
  • Active role in risks assessment and cut over organization and go live

Helpdesk Support

IT planning, budgeting, purchasing

  • Develop, propose and budget an annual plan regarding the evolution of systems and infrastructure (project, updates, upgrades, migrations)
  • Identify IT opportunities for value creation
  • Manage vendors and quotations
  • Manage and report on IT budget

IT Security

  • In coordination with the Group, define and implement an IT security policy
  • Run regular checks on network and data security
  • Implement and test a procedure in case of IT security incident
  • Data privacy regulation enforcement
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery plan and business continuity plan

User support

  • Develop and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
  • Design training programs and workshops for staff
  • Handle and process users request

Business support

  • Support the business and in particular the retail operations

Internal and external communication

  • Collaborate with Kering Central IT (participation in workgroups, replying to queries)
  • Leverage the Group power and experience for solutions identification, purchasing, benchmark


  • Degree Holder in Information System / Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in sizable company, experience in retail industry is highly preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in MS Dynamics F&O (AX)
  • Sound knowledge in IT Infrastructure; with strong Project Management experience
  • In depth knowledge of technologies covering the IT, MIS, corporate network, system infrastructure technologies and information security.
  • Proven communication and personal skills with all levels of internal/external, technical/non-technical customers/users
  • Excellent command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
