ABOUT SAINT LAURENT Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter in a 1966 collection called ‘Rive Gauche’, synonymous with youth and freedom. This shift represented a first critical step in the modernization of fashion and revolutionized the socio-cultural landscape. In 1999, the luxury goods division of the Kering Group acquired Yves Saint Laurent and, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, continues to position the house at the summit of the luxury universe. Today, Saint Laurent collections include women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties and eyewear.


This position is based in the Hong Kong Saint Laurent office, directly reporting to APAC Business Development Director supporting various business activities across the Asia Pacific.


  • Assist in developing business strategies and implementing business plans, including assisting with business case and presentations
  • Assist to liaise and negotiate with all real estate partners and landlords for present and future leases concerning retail stores, office and storage
  • Conduct market research and analysis on luxury brand footprints in the APAC region
  • Assist in ongoing relationship management with landlords
  • Work closely with finance department and countries on justifying openings / relocations / store closure activities and preparing the related budgeting
  • Support various business functions to ensure smooth daily operation
  • Support on lease management including records collection, filing, reorganization and updates
  • Support in ad hoc duties and projects


  • Degree holder in Business or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in retail real estate industry
  • Strong business sense and ability to understand the business performance drivers
  • Hands-on, self-motivated and detailed-oriented
  • Outstanding inter-personal and communication skills with successful internal and external relationship management
  • Analytical with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft offices especially Excel and Word
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
