HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Play a part in the Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) of one of the most influential organizations in luxury fashion
- Support project management in scheduling, managing logistics, coordinating events, and other technical duties related to I&D strategies, programs, and initiatives
- Conduct research, create reports on program efforts, conceptualize new ideas to support a community of Inclusion
- Participate in I&D committee working group meetings and provide administrative support to the group
- Work with and translate data, creating PowerPoint slide decks for I&D presentations
- Contribute to the development and growth of our employee resource groups (ERGs)
- Coordinate logistics for I&D-related events to include Culture and Heritage month initiatives.
- Brainstorm, draft, and edit internal I&D communications
- Interface with other departments or brand office locations when necessary
- Stay current on the latest trends in I&D policy and programs; providing data, information, and insights to help build and constantly improve our strategy
- Research I&D best practices, training, and procedures to effect continuous improvement of I&D programming and efforts
- Work with an intention to foster a safe and inclusive environment in all our I&D work
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
WHO YOU ARE
- Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing/Communications, or a related field
- You’re proactive, passionate, and naturally curious about all things in the Inclusion and Diversity space, constantly looking for additional learning and opportunities to make a difference
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and quantitative skills, with the ability to make qualitative recommendations for processes and programs using data
- The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and your attention to detail is unmatched
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with an HRIS system (Workday preferred) is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication with a knack for creativity in visual presentations and marketing content. Social Media proficiency is a plus.
