Join our passionate journey and fulfill your potential and creativity.Your OpportunityThe profile we are looking for is an ERP Specialist, with solid experience in Dynamics 365 F&amp;O, to join our IT team who will work across different functions (Finance, Sales, Operations and Supply Chain). This role offers the opportunity to work closely with different business units, suppliers and Group stakeholders, proactively identifying ERP improvements and supporting the evolution of key business processes.How you will contributeSystem Maintenance and Stability<ul><li>Play a key role in the management and resolution of functional issues reported by internal users, either independently or by coordinating with external vendors</li><li>Monitoring system performance and coordinating with external partners for technical interventions</li><li>Management of periodic platform updates (One Version), including impact analysis and regression testing</li><li>Maintenance and enhancement of existing customizations in X&#43;&#43;</li></ul>Evolution and Projects<ul><li>Collection and analysis of improvement requirements from different Business Units</li><li>Design of new configurations, extensions, or automations to support production and commercial processes</li><li>Coordination with developers and external partners for the delivery of custom solutions</li><li>Support for integration with other company systems and/or external interfaces (e.g., MES, B2B e-commerce, customer portals, etc.)</li><li>Training and support for key users on newly released functionalities</li></ul>Who you are<ul><li>Proven experience with Dynamics 365 F&amp;O (or AX 2012 with transition to D365 in progress).</li><li>Strong experience with Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management) and Supply Chain/Inventory</li><li>Familiarity with manufacturing processes in Dynamics 365 (BOMs, routing, production orders, batch management and traceability)</li><li>Knowledge of X&#43;&#43; sufficient to analyze, modify, and extend existing customizations</li><li>Detail-oriented and well-organized, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills</li><li>Proactive, eager to learn, with solid communication and teamwork abilities</li><li>Fluent in Italian and English (minimum B2 level)</li></ul>Nice to have<ul><li>Experience with Azure DevOps and LCS for environment lifecycle management</li><li>Knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)</li><li>Experience in manufacturing environments</li></ul>Why work with usThis is an excellent opportunity to join the Kering adventure in a moment of extraordinary transformation and become part of a dynamic team in a global Luxury group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
