    We are currently seeking a Trade Marketing Manager who will report to Head of Marketing & E-commerce, China in Kering Eyewear China.

    Your opportunity

    The potential candidate will capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.

    How you will contribute

    • Develop annual Event & Trade marketing strategy with the guidance of annual marketing & communication strategy, marketing/product launch calendar and company business needs.
    • Category definition & Priority-Lead the consumer insight into category development agenda. Develop product regional trade marketing strategy with global trade marketing team
    • Develop the brand and channel strategy especially for Key account channel, build the short-term and long-term frame channel strategy and business model aligned with the business strategy
    • Well communicate with all local stakeholders, including but not limited to other Marketing functions, E-commerce team, digital marketing team, VM team, and other related teams.
    • Work closely with sales team, to develop category/brand instore experience and drive customer engagement
    • Budget management, be responsible for manage the budget planning, setting the clear KPI, drive and improve the business effectiveness
    • Closely monitor product launches, execution and sell-in /sell-through results and reports as such on a monthly basis.

    Who you are

    • Bachelor’s degree holder in merchandising, business, fashion or related disciplines   
    • 5+ years in Trade Marketing and Brand Marketing is highly preferred, Eyewear industry is a plus.
    • Sound business acumen, fashion and market sense
    • Detailed mind with very strong analytical skills
    • Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills across all teams and in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation. A positive attitude to dealing with people.
    • Proactive team player with strong communication skills
    • Ability to cope with competing demands and to priorities tasks.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Advanced excel & PPT skills and proficiency in MS Office
