Your opportunity

• You will contribute to design and implement new HR Development initiatives for our Regions
• You will support the team to optimize talent acquisition and management and performance management activities.

How you will contribute

• Contribute to the design, the implementation and change management of local and global initiatives (employees onboarding, offboarding, engagement, inclusion & diversity)
• Support continuous improvement actions in the area of Talent Acquisition, Career Development and Performance Management
• Perform benchmarks, data analysis, reporting to feed the HR Development strategy
• Handle employee engagement activities (internal communication, welcome pack, associations partnerships…)
• Assist in animating the global HR community for people development related topics 

Who you are

• Interested in people development topics
• Solution oriented, curious with an appetite to learn
• Organized and results focus  
• Good at juggling data and like to promote your ideas via impactful presentations
• B2 level in English
