MISSION:

 

  • Analysis of store operational performance data. This will require the use of POS

  •  Prepare reports to stores

  • Manage the store End of day process.

  • Processing inventory and central cash management transactions as part of the store error handling and performance monitoring process.  

  • Coordinating staff uniform of five stores 

  • Update and facilitate dry cleaning folder + Email to Director with monthly updates 

  • Update Manager's monthly rota 

  • Supports BOH with Negatives or wrong SKU/ open reservation

  • Finance investigation and balancing book next day 

  • Using audit as point of reference for policing team on daily procedures…(work with managers) weekly report to director)

  • Petty cash (print receipts and attached forms + update file + prepare bags with money)  

  • Update files such as Dry cleaning or Business cards with new starters info 

  • Set up devices for new staff / track and record when staff leave

  • Point of connection between teams and Kering connect

  • Double check with SM’s Oversee and chase all outstanding stock loans daily / coordinate with Private shopping

  • Oversee reconciliation of daily discrepancies and liaise with Store Managers and Store Director

  • Assist Store Managers with stock loan files

  • Liase with finance team (shared services) and SM’s

  • Health and safety support with managers.

  • Support Director with analyzing business in terms of graphs, presentations, info gathering, etc.

About You:

 

  • Experience of Retail EPOS and Inventory Solutions 

  • Conversant in basic PC skills particularly Access, Excel, PP and Word critical.

  • Capable of creating action reports for retail management.

  • Good communication and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage store management.

  • Self-motivated and can prove has worked as part of a dynamic team.

  • Strong attention to detail and sound analytical skills an absolute 

  • Strong organizational skills and problem solving

  • Able to work in a team and alone, as required.

  • technological proficiency. setting up people's phone accounts, etc.
