Your Opportunity
You will analyse stakeholder needs and prepare useful reports to represent KPIs and targets achieved. You will also contribute to the management of information systems in use within the Department, supporting internal users.
How you will contribute
Prepare up-to-date reports, presentations and documents to support the business (PPT presentations, excel files, etc.), identifying the most appropriate KPIs
Enter and maintain supplier data (data entry and data quality)
Partner with multiple teams (internal and external) to identify, analyse and resolve issues related to IT systems in use within the Department, performing UAT and all necessary bug reporting and resolution checks, business side
Be a point of contact among stakeholders, knowing how to communicate in technical and non-technical terms
Prepare and maintain up-to-date documentation useful to stakeholders
Who you are
Discrete and passionate advocate for high ethical standards with a master’s degree in socio-economic, engineering, computer science or related fields
You have excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills
Proactive team player with multitasking approach, able to meet challenging deadlines
Aptitude for quickly mastering new tools and platforms
Microsoft Office expert (especially Excel); knowledge of SaaS platforms, preferably in a supply chain environment, will be considered a plus
Fluent Italian and English speaker
