We are currently seeking a CRM Strategy and Design Intern.
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated intern to support the projects of Client strategy & Experience Team within the CRM Factory, with the aim of elevating the client engagement actions for the group's Houses. The objective is above all to propose and implement new journeys of engagement and retention, new experiences to increase client knowledge while fitting into the different dynamics of the Houses. To do so, you will work daily hand in hand with Kering's Analytics, Operations and MarTech teams, but also with our main contacts at the brands.
You may also be asked to work on other projects depending on opportunities and needs (eg. events, desk research, etc.).
How you will contribute
Contribute daily to feed the teams on the latest trends, technologies and best practices in the industry.
Carry out regular benchmarks for the CRM Factory and the Houses.
Set up and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives throughout the group.
Responsible for feeding the team by performing weak signals and trends analysis in terms of clients, channels and products.
Able to formulate queries and interact with the Analytics team and interpret results.
Preparing CRM action proposals and presentations based on identified needs
Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content.
Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
Assist with daily administrative duties.
Prepare detailed presentations.
Who you are
Higher education (Baccalaureate + 5 years) with a specialization in Design or Marketing and/or a first experience in a related field.
Organized; with strong writing and analytical skills as well as a true spirit of synthesis.
Naturally autonomous, proactive and dynamic, able to integrate perfectly into a team.
Creative, with a strong ability to develop proposals and to synthesize information.
Able to manage your priorities and adapt to planning constraints.
Proficient with the use of Figma and the Office/Google suite.
Previous experience in a CRM or Marketing Department is a plus.
Strong communicator able to express yourself with ease in French and English (written and oral).
