We are currently looking for a Junior E-commerce Project Manager to join our dynamic team based in Paris, France.
Reporting to the EMEA E-commerce Project Manager to support run omnichannel organization and change management for multiple Luxury Brands.
How you will contribute
Be point of contact for Brands, Client Services and Operational teams for inquiries, issues and escalations to ensure the stability and performance of the omnichannel solutions
Coordinate with IT teams to feedback issues to improve performance, communication and resolution of issues
Clarify, optimize and consolidate ecommerce procedures
Feed up local requirements & procedures to be incorporated into central omnichannel roadmap
Support roll out of omnichannel services and evolutions, coordinating stakeholders (local brand teams, IT team, operations, client services, retail team, legal, IC and finance teams) and feeding back to Central Product Management Team
Support and training on new functionalities and procedures, including the production and upkeep of reference documents
Identify impacts and needs for change support for different stakeholders
Who you are
A Digital, Ecommerce, Omnichannel expert in project management with 2-3 years experience
Experience working with multiple business and technology stakeholders
Ability to summarize, simplify and communicate complex or technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Articulate and collaborative, able to influence others and hold them accountable in a professional and diplomatic manner
An excellent communicator at every level in the organization with excellent interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
