We are currently seeking an IT Delivery Manager who will report to the Production Application Manager as part of our dynamic team in Florence/Milan.

    Your opportunity

    You will work in the Production and Aftersales team, part of the Supply Chain of Kering Tech.

    Working closely with our Brands with the Worldwide scope, you will work as a deputy for the Production Applications Management of the Group, driving the activities of  the production teams located in Florence and Milan. You will have a key role in the technology transformation of the Area, working on the adoption of new technologies and helping Kering Brands to improve their production processes

    How you will contribute

    In collaboration and accordance with the Production Application Manager, as deputy you will:

    • Guide the Production Applications team activities, internal and external resources, located in Florence and Milan, leveraging their strengths and competencies, monitoring the planning and deliverables considering the different requests coming from other departments
    • Manage  all the projects (collaborating to functional and technical analysis; project planning; testing, validating and upgrading application) related to Production, Planning, Supplier Collaboration and Tanneries and related integrations
    • For the entire perimeter: collaborate on the management of the Production Applications budget and the scouting of the providers in the market and software roadmaps of  supporting software managing the relationship with vendors and the related demand & capacity; supervising application maintenance service; decommissioning and replacing systems avoiding risk of obsolescence
    • Support the Head of Production and Aftersales Applications identifying development strategies for the Production applications, and designing and suggesting roadmap for the applications evolution and providing reports on project status highlighting key issues and proposing solutions
    • Be the main point of contact for business stakeholders collecting business needs & requirements and making recommendations for process design improvements
    • Manage conflict escalation, negotiations aimed to the normalization and to the recovery of critical, predictable / expected (or not) events

    Who you are

    • A professional with wide experience (at least 12 years) on Production applications management and processes for Fashion and Luxury business, able to work in ERP environments, thanks to an experience of Core model implementation
    • Knowledgeable about production management (i.e. planning/MRP, progress tracking, integration with logistics, cost controlling, product lifecycle management - PLM), production master data (BoM, routings, article master)
    • Knowledgeable about SAP (Supply Chain) or Stealth 400/3000 suite
    • Rigorous, organized, committed, transparent and team-work oriented
    • A professional able to interact and communicate with different stakeholders, including top management, in a complex and international context
    • Good team management skills and a technical knowledge thus making a recognized leader on the topics and among the teams
    • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of French as a plus
    • Nice to have experience in Multi-brand and WW scopes
