Our Mission
We are currently looking for a Quality Control Team Leader who will join the Production & Planning area.
How you will contribute
You will be mainly in charge of the following activities:
- Managing and monitoring the performance of the quality control team
- Ensuring that quality standards meet and exceed company expectations
- Looking after finished product’s technical and aesthetic accuracy for both internal production and external suppliers
- Cooperating in the management of stocks, movements on ERP System
Qualifications and competencies:
- Previous experience in quality control in the jewellery industry
- People management experience
- Critical observation and attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast pace and international company
- Organised with good analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in Italian and English
