We are currently seeking a Temporary Recruiter who will report to the HR Director based out of our New York Corporate office to support Corporate and Retail Recruitment.
How you will contribute:
Oversee the interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to candidates and hiring teams
Source and screen candidates
Filter through resumes from job postings and job boards
Act as the primary contact during phone, video, and in-person interviews
Sit in on intake meetings with hiring managers
Track applicant process though internal ATS system
Extend job offers to candidates and assist with onboarding process and new hire paperwork
Who you are:
Minimum 1 year of scheduling/coordination or in-house talent acquisition experience
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, various ATS systems etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong sense of urgency
Customer service oriented
Organizational and time-management skills with superb attention to detail
Bachelors degree preferred
