Your opportunity
Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) provides business partnering, HR operation, and payroll services to our Houses. Report directly to the HRSS Director APAC, the key function of this role is to take part in the HR transformation journey to manage various initiatives in the six HRSS centers.
How you will contribute
- Coordinate and follow up with local teams on HRSS initiatives.
- Facilitate the demand process: from understanding the local business needs to monitoring the implementation. e.g., change of HR tools and payroll vendors, HR systems integration.
- Monitor the service quality and performance according to the service catalogue and SLA/OLA.
- Support local teams to maintain the service catalogue and SLA/OLA in response to the change of local regulations, business processes, and Houses’ requests.
- Consolidate the need and feedback from Houses and employees with the defined governance framework.
- Support the change management activities e.g., the adoption of digitalized HR tools for HR community and employees.
- Seek for improvement opportunities and plan for deployment.
- Promote the sharing of best practices in the HRSS community.
- Manage the budgeting and forecast process e.g., organization review, HRSS P&L building, cost management.
- Secure compliance and improve governance: regular checks with local regulations and internal guidelines e.g., personal data privacy.
- Other ad hoc assignments.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 5 years in human resources experience within matrix organization e.g., multi-brands, business units, or divisions
- Well organized and logical with strong service mindset
- Detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Experience in using Workday and payroll tools will be an advantage
