    Main objectives of the Job

    Co-define and deliver the regional people agenda based on the business needs, in compliance with legal obligations, company values and behaviors ​​and HR policies.

    How you will contribute

    HR Strategy

    • Contribute to the execution of the business plan through the creation (where appropriate) and implementation of the People Strategies that attract, develop and retain employees.
    • Support the organisational short- and long-term business needs to drive competitive advantage and address opportunities and threats. 
    • Drive flawless execution of Global, Kering and local HR Initiatives.  Co-ordinate and execute workforce planning for the Market.


    • Pro-actively challenge the established organisational structure of the Market to drive superior performance (considering Pomellato and Kering principles, policies & local business context). 
    • Ensure people dimension is a key consideration when discussing and planning business activities.
    • Manage effective organisational transformation and change projects using best practice methodologies.
    • Shape the culture to align with Pomellato goals & initiatives through supporting & coaching line managers in their implementation of core people processes.
    • Work with leaders to enhance current and future functional and leadership capability needs.

    Talent Acquisition

    • Ensure effective talent attraction, acquisition & onboarding of external and internal talents with diversity and inclusion lens.

    Performance & Talent Management

        • Ensure Performance and Talent Management drive the achievement of business goals through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development. 
        • Lead talent reviews, implement succession planning and talent management plans that support business goals and market development.
        • Ensure People Managers use tools effectively to assist individual and team performance improvement at all levels. 
        • Coach others to interpret, apply and communicate “Total Rewards” principles/policies/strategies.

        Compensation& Benefits

        • Oversee the local annual salary review process to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization.
        • Ensure sales incentive programs roll-out and monitoring in coordination with Retail and Global C&B team.

        Employee Relations

        • Manage employee issues as well as ensure compliance with local legislation, including health & safety related matters
        • Facilitate retail investigations and oversee disciplinary actions process as needed.

        HR Data & Personnel Administration

        • Excel in delivering HR processes (admin HR, payroll, leaves & absences, legal...) with Kering shared services
        • Contribute to budget, forecast as well as headcounts and cost simulations.
        • Maintain effective and accurate data for HR retail KPIs

        Team management

        • Manage 1 team member to deliver excellence in HR.
