SUMMARY:  The Retail Operation Executive plays a major role in managing the operation functions of retail sales. The role facilitates the effective processes that support the retail business in Hong Kong and Singapore.  In this role, the individual reports to Retail Manager APAC and works closely with all boutiques as an integral part of the retail sales team.  The role is responsible for setting effective systems for the routine running of various operational functions which should cover the areas under the following major responsibilities.  At the same time, participation in ad hoc projects related to retail sales is expected.

How you will contribute

  • Support Regional Retail Manager in retail operations and ad hoc projects
  • Ensure effective communications between office and boutiques for coordination of operational activities
  • Create and uphold all guidelines / directions such as stock take procedures, staff grooming standards, visual merchandising guideline, customer complaint handling procedures etc.
  • Collate sales data and prepare various business reports
  • Help to set up the required SOP and ensure all qualitative standard in stores are being met
  • Carry out routine maintenance and housekeeping requirements as well as ensuring shop security
  • Follow up on store improvement works and new store projects
  • Assist in stock replenishment, coordinate logistics, shipments and aftersales operations
  • Monitor, order and replenish all non-merchandizing items such as packagings and marketing materials etc.
  • Liaise with internal departments - Finance, IT, Logistic, HR and aftersales as well as external vendors
  • Manage and maintain VM props and displays
  • Consolidate and update of roster and staff leave management
  • Manage CRM data

Who you are

  • Degree holder with 4 years of relevant experience, preferably within the luxury retail industry
  • Positive and poractive attitude, strong organizational and time management skills
  • Result driven in handling tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS office
