We are currently seeking a Sales Development Executive who will report to Sales Development Manager in Kering Eyewear China
The potential candidate will need to be customer-oriented and autonomous, who will solve issues proactively and seek for improvements continuously.
How you will contribute
- Assist supervising manager in planning and implementation of go to Market and brand strategies, plans, and activities.
- Follow local initiatives and global guidelines and driving for plan to store execution.
- Cooperating with MKT Team and Field Sales on GWP &Incentive allocation, execution and performance tracking.
- Continuously improve visual presence of brand at retail environment through various activities.
- Initiate trade activities investment analysis to continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness.
- Cooperating with field sales team on top client/top store management.
- Work with field sales team in resolving issues related to store development, in-store communication and visual merchandising activities at customer or store level.
- Assist supervising manager in key project management and execution like “Domination” etc.
- Other job-related work assigned by supervising manager.
Who you are
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and oral)
- Self-motivated and being proactive in a start-up environment
- Analytical and logical thinking
- In-depth knowledge of Office Pack (Outlook, Power Point, Word)
- Ambitious and flexible and a team player by heart
