We are currently seeking a Store Manager for our store in Düsseldorf.Your OpportunityYou will lead the store sales team in order to meet and exceed all sales and KPIs goals, in compliance with all processes and guidelines. Cristóbal Balenciaga founded the House in 1917 in his home of Spain. In 1937, he established the brand in Paris, designing its collections there until 1968.Cristóbal Balenciaga had a reputation as a couturier of uncompromising standards and was referred to as "the master of us all" by Christian Dior and as “ The Couturier of the Couturiers” by Gabrielle Chanel. The ultra-modern shapes were trademarks of the house.

While the brand’s identity is firmly rooted in its highly conceptual prêt-à-porter collections, its leather goods, footwear, and accessories experience worldwide success as well. Among the archetypal products of the House are its handbag collections. A new focus on the development of Balenciaga ready-to-wear collections for men was quickly established as highly successful. 

Since October 2015, Demna has designed both men’s and women’s collections as the artistic director.

Your opportunityWe are currently looking for a Client Advisor to join our DoDo boutique located in Dusseldorf.How you will contributeThe ideal candidate will act as a brand ambassador and will spread the values and the philosophy of our brand, with the end result of maximizing sales.The candidate will manage client relations and identify customer needs, in order to ensure that each customer receives an excellent and professional service throughout.Who you are <ul><li>Previous experience in the position, gained in a very customer service focused environment, and with a genuine passion for luxury</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills; story-telling abilities</li><li>Strong dexterity and creativity, in order to guarantee an excellent customer experience</li><li>Positive attitude, enthusiastic and team oriented</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook is also required</li><li>Fluent in German and English.
