    We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for managing editorial requests, coordinating sample management, and supporting our PR initiatives in alignment with the brand’s image.

    How you will contribute:

    • Collaborate with the PR Manager to manage editorial requests from editors and stylists, ensuring daily sample management aligns with Bottega Veneta’s brand image in partnership with the PR assistant/intern.
    • Maintain daily communication with HQ to ensure timely fulfillment of editorial requests and manage returns of samples.
    • Handle credit requests and prepare bi-weekly editorial recaps for HQ, summarizing press coverage and brand activities.
    • Oversee press reports, including weekly coverage of editorial credits, brand launches, news, and special projects, distributing these reports internally.
    • Distribute press releases to the media contact list regarding product launches, special projects, and VIP dressing ensuring maximum coverage.
    • Assist the PR Manager in pitching to digital titles and identifying social media opportunities related to product launches and VIP placements. Build and strengthen relationships with key fashion and news editors.
    • Distribute look books, imagery, and key assets to the press, ensuring accurate representation of the brand.
    • Support international editorial requests that are shooting in the US by liaising with HQ and other editorial offices.
    • Manage seasonal sample inventory and showroom organization with the support of PR assistant/interns.
    • Regularly update and maintain the media contact list for effective outreach.
    • Assist in hiring and overseeing seasonal freelancers and interns, providing support to the Communications team as needed.

    Who you are:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
    • Ability to take initiative and perform tasks independently while being resourceful.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Proficient with Fashion GPS and other PR tools to streamline processes.
    • A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting within the fast-paced fashion industry.

    New York Salary Range:

    • Salary range of $26.00-$29.00/hr (plus overtime and bonus eligibility)
