Role Mission
The Client Services team is an internal hub that collaborates cross-functionally with corporate departments and stores to ensure a 360-degree omni-channel client experience. The Fraud Specialist is an integral role within the Client Services division to ensure that the department meets and exceeds all order review key performance indicators and that relationships with third party vendors, the warehouse and the finance department are maximized. The Fraud Specialist will utilize fraud trends and industry knowledge to determine the legitimacy of Gucci orders. This role is responsible for understanding trends, identifying opportunities of efficiency and assisting to ensure that customer service standards are maintained.
Key Accountabilities
- Responsibility for day-to-day management of all order review queues, ensuring service levels are met and all orders are processed within the expected time frame for each queue;
- Review orders for fraudulent activity and identify fraud patterns;
- Investigate order review issues that have been escalated by front office and DOS teams and provide recommendations on cancelled orders
- Ability to investigate and detect Credit Card fraud patterns;
- Strong Understanding in Card Not Present Processing;
- Ability to analyze data and create fraud prevention tactic;
- Experience with working in an E-Commerce environment.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher or equivalent experience;
- Previous financial or banking industry experience preferred;
- Minimum of 2 years working in a corporate office environment;
- Previous high-end retail experience preferred;
- Ability to think analytically and make sound business decisions;
- Willing to learn new processes and procedures;
- Strong organization and time management skills;
- Cyber Source experience a plus;
- Experience working in payment gateways and using 3rd party fraud tools;
- Strong excel skills – Pivot tables, v-lookups, index/matches, if-and formula, large data pulls and file maintenance;

Salary Range – Jersey City
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Jersey City, GUCCI includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. In addition, where a candidate falls within the disclosed range estimate may be dependent on the applicable geographic differential associated with the location in which the position may be filled.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $25.00 USD to $28.00 USD.
