KERING EYEWEAR Junior Area Sales Manager ANDINA

How you will contribute:

• Support the definition of budget and sales plans per distributor/area
• With your manager duid the sell out and achieve net sales and Ebit targets
• Build relationships with both distribution partners and the Kering Eyewear team at head office.
• Communicate and present brand values and positioning along with collection highlights
• Support the presentation of assortment plans in order to maximise customer sell-out (category management for specific key accounts)
• Support the construction of joint sales and marketing plans with chains in line with global guidelines.
• Regularly collect and analyse customer sell-out reports and build action plans accordingly.
• Visit customers to ensure merchandising standards in line with agreed plans.
• In collaboration with the Trade Marketing Manager, support the proposal and negotiation of trade and digital marketing plans.
• With your manager, design the most suitable supply chain process to ensure the highest service level and order fulfilment rate, e.g. collaborative planning, VMI, etc.
• Collect and manage orders in collaboration with customer service.
• Ensure maximum customer service and follow up on orders and deliveries.
• Assist the customer service and finance department with invoice, debit and credit note requests.

Who you are

• +2 years of experience in similar roles
• Preferred industry experience: fashion and luxury, cosmetics, FMCG
• Degree in Marketing or Business Mgmt
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude towards Teamwork
• Strong skills in coordinating multi-functional teams and external partners
• Excellent analytical skills
• Advanced level of Spanish
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Travel required
