ABOUT SAINT LAURENT Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter in a 1966 collection called ‘Rive Gauche’, synonymous with youth and freedom. This shift represented a first critical step in the modernization of fashion and revolutionized the socio-cultural landscape. In 1999, the luxury goods division of the Kering Group acquired Yves Saint Laurent and, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, continues to position the house at the summit of the luxury universe. Today, Saint Laurent collections include women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties and eyewear.


This position will be focusing on Compensation & Benefits and HR Controlling assisting the market HR Managers and APAC HR Director to design, adopt and implement various C&B initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.


  • Engage in compensation and benefits surveys and analyze results
  • Review and update regional compensation and benefits policies and procedures on a regular basis
  • Prepare and manage the annual salary review and bonus process in the region
  • Manage the budget & forecast process, review and perform control & analysis on personnel cost, headcount and HR expenses to implement global HR Controlling guidelines and align with the corporate standard
  • Manage the global HR reporting tool for Asia Pacific region and act as APAC key user to provide training and troubleshooting to users in the region
  • Compile C&B and internal benchmark reports and analyze the results to maintain pay competitiveness in the market
  • Assist in the job analysis and evaluation exercise
  • Adopt and implement the compensation and benefits initiatives from HQ to local market
  • Review market intelligence and maintain competitiveness on staff attraction and retention
  • Supervise Hong Kong and Macau monthly HR operations including payroll, retirement scheme, taxation and benefit administration processes etc.
  • Assist in any ad hoc project


  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Finance, Psychology, Statistics or other relevant disciplines
  • 5 - 7 years of solid experience in C&B and HR Controlling. Regional exposure will be an advantage
  • Strong in analysis, HRIS and organization skills
  • Calm under pressure, confident, positive mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese
  • Advanced MS Office especially in Excel, knowledge in Power BI is a plus
