Your Opportunity:
Alexander McQueen is looking for 7 exceptional Client Advisor to join the new team of the Pop-up Store at La Vallée Village which will open its doors in July for 1 year.
You'll contribute actively to the store sales, by engaging via a remarkable service all internal and external clients, supporting the management team and representing the House and image.
How you will contribute:
- Present the Alexander McQueen universe, by giving details on collections and inspirations with a storytelling approach, when needed
- Serve customers accordingly to Alexander McQueen selling ceremony
- Guarantee cross and up-selling for all product categories
- Highlight the House know-how and differentiation by maintaining a high level of product knowledge keeping relevant with market trends and competitors
- Ensure client satisfaction, engagement and that the qualitative standards required by our House are maintained
- Actively develop new clients and consistently strengthen existing client relationships
- Handle customer complaints, seek assistance where necessary, ensure issues are resolved in order to satisfy the customer while respecting the requirements of the company
- Be aware of daily sales targets and performance against them. Use appropriate sales techniques to ensure they are met
- Keep up to date with customer requirements and operating procedures.

Your Skills and Experience:
- Product sensitivity and a strong market and fashion trends knowledge, a good general culture level
