We are currently seeking a Clienteling Manager who will report to the Head of CRM based in our central London offices.
The Clienteling Manager will be a key senior support to the Head of CRM and will manage the one-to-one client communication strategy for the retail network.
How you will contribute:
Build and maintain relations within the organisation, including both global and regional teams, through effective communications, reporting and proactive suggestions.
Deep dive into client data, identifying opportunities and presenting action plans for the corporate and regional teams
Implement and follow client KPIs aligned with the overall business objectives
Be the go-to clienteling champion within the business, always ensuring we have our target (global and local) client in mind when planning any activity
Design the client gifting strategy and tools to animate the retail network
Lead in-store roll out and trainings of CRM applications. Prepare training materials and offer onsite support where necessary
Your Skills and Experience:
Previous experience within a similar role in a luxury environment highly desirable. Retail experience a plus.
Passionate advocate for CRM, keeping those around them focused on driving success
Proven experience of consolidating and analysing data and presenting findings in a clear, digestible manner
Fully proficient and confident in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent attention to detail and takes pride in accuracy, even when working under pressure
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization
Degree in a related discipline
