Since October 2015, Demna Gvasalia has designed both men’s and women’s collections as the artistic director. The Balenciaga House, part of the Kering group since 2001, is one of the most influential names in fashion.

BALENCIAGA - Global DATA & Conversion Rate Optimizer Analyst.

The global DATA & Conversion Rate Optimizer Analyst will analyze and generate insights from different data sources to understand how users behave online, with a view to improving website conversion rates.

Missions :

  • Define Data Analytics strategy on Global Scope (WW)
  • Supervise tracking and tags implementation on the Digital Flagship & tablet in store
  • Set-up & manage Digital reports & dashboards, provide recommendations to optimize conversion KPIs
  • Follow-up KPIs and raise alert
  • Drive tailored analysis on specific business problematic
  • Monitor the implementation of A/B tests
  • Define the Conversion Rate segmentation criteria
  • Design conversion modelling
  • Monitor & improve website performance

Profile :

  • 5 years experience in formulating optimization strategy in e-commerce Websites
  • Highly proficient in Google Analytics and Contentsquare 
  • Good knowledge on Baidu Analytics
  • Basic knowledge on data visualization solutions and AGILE methodology (is a plus)
  • Must be highly organized with excellent project management skills
  • Must be able to work collaboratively and effectively with internal services
  • Fluent in French and English
